Ever since man established himself as the de facto power on this planet, his desire to continually dominate the environment knew no bounds. As such, hitherto thick forests and jungles gave way to modern towns and cities; rivers earlier held in awe and traversed (rarely) in narrow canoes and rafts suddenly accommodated bridges enabling easy cross over from one end of town to the other.

However, amid these and many other such breakthroughs recorded, the need to keep and sustain men in safe and habitable houses – despite dwindling resources (material and finance), has remained a recurring decimal yet to be curbed.

It is in the bid to ameliorate this anomaly, Builders Optimal Module (BOM) Associates was conceived in 2006 with a vision to making housing – construction and maintenance, affordable via continual research into effective / economic combination of materials and construction techniques.
